Growing up we were told to drink plenty milk for healthy strong bones.
Bill boards, Doctors and the rest of the advertisers, have brainwashed humans into thinking that milk is good for you, as it helps your bones grow strong and healthy. Contrary to popular belief, that is actually a myth.
Green veggies have sufficient calcium. Kale and broccoli is a good example. They have a very high calcium content, which is better than milk. There are plenty other calcium foods that could supplement your diet that does not come from cows.
Dairy cows are pumped full of hormones and chemicals which filter into our milk which we purchase in the stores. Every gallon of milk has pus and blood that is bleached to hide it.
Dairy cows are turned into milk machines, which has led to epidemics of so-called “production-related diseases,” such as lameness and mastitis (udder infections), the two leading causes of dairy cow mortality in the United States. We all remember the Humane Society of the United States investigation showing sick and crippled dairy cows being beaten and dragged into the California dairy cow slaughter plant en route to the national school lunch program, triggering the largest meat recall in history. We are being sold a product that they know is contaminated.
A study conducted by Swedish University Uppsala came to the conclusion that “High milk intake was associated with higher mortality in one cohort of women and in another cohort of men, and with higher fracture incidence in women. Given the observational study designs with the inherent possibility of residual confounding and reverse causation phenomena, a cautious interpretation of the results is recommended.” (Source)
So there you have it… drinking milk does not give you health bones, it might be damaging them!
